This film is about cutting barriers in understanding mental health. It uses art as an effective language to communicate these messages. The 2 protagonist in the film are: a psychiatrist; and a 15-year old girl, Ilina Singh.

The psychiatrist, played by Purnima Gupta, explains the mental health disorders through technical definitions.

Ilina attempts to create awareness of the common mental health issues among children through simple, everyday objects they use in school – crayons and labels.

The mental health conditions covered in the film are: Anxiety, autism, bipolar disorder, dementia, depression schizophrenia. There is also a message in the end about suicide prevention and how talking is the first step towards treatment and recovery.
